These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyAppointment.AI (“MyAppointment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by MyQueso Holdings, Inc. By using myappointment.ai or booking through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
MyAppointment is an online scheduling tool. A host connects a calendar and publishes a booking page; a visitor picks an available time and books a meeting. We provide the scheduling software. We are not a party to the meeting itself and are not responsible for what hosts and visitors agree to or do.
2. Accounts and access
Host accounts are provisioned through a connected CRM product (such as MyLola or SWH), and access to MyAppointment is granted as part of that subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyAppointment as a host.
3. Calendar connections
When you connect a calendar, you authorize MyAppointment to read availability and to create, update, and cancel events on your behalf to provide scheduling. You are responsible for the calendars and accounts you connect and for ensuring you have the right to connect them. You can disconnect at any time. Availability accuracy depends on your connected calendar and provider, which we do not control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Send spam or unwanted messages.
- Infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service to collect data without a lawful basis.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Bookings
Hosts set their own availability, meeting types, and policies, including cancellation and rescheduling terms. A confirmed booking is an arrangement between the host and the visitor. We do not guarantee that a host will attend, and we are not responsible for missed, canceled, or rescheduled meetings. Hosts are responsible for honoring bookings and for complying with applicable law in their communications and meetings.
6. Fees
MyAppointment is currently provided as part of a host’s CRM subscription (MyLola or SWH). We do not separately charge visitors. If we introduce standalone paid plans in the future, we will provide notice and updated terms.
7. Third-party services
MyAppointment works with third-party services, including Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability.
8. Intellectual property
MyAppointment, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by MyQueso Holdings, Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that availability data will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyQueso Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyQueso Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect any connected calendar. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
